Mr. Conde i agree your point of view, but i guess the problem is not too easy to get solution in a short time and our politicians aren't enough involved to do something of reallly strong, they speak strong but do less than what they say. And this tendence is usual here in many different cases, unfortunely! This is a part of our daily way of life.
